Return & Exchange Policy
All purchases made are final and NO REFUND will be given.
While we do not have a Refund Policy, however we will gladly accept the merchandise for EXCHANGE provided:
- The item is in its original packaging and in good condition
- Has not been used, altered and washed
- Is returned within 10 working days
- The exchange applicable for normal price item (sale items are final & non-exchangeable)
*exchange is subjected to stock availability. Should there be no stock of the particular item, you may then change the item with another item in the store of the same price, or higher (customer to pay the difference in price, if any).
